BP Advokáti is a brand established by permanently collaborating lawyers Mgr. Lucie Vaculínová and Mgr. Marek Šimka to provide their legal services jointly.

At BP Advokáti, we offer clients specialized legal services, particularly focusing on public procurement, business transactions, and intellectual property rights.

We represent clients in procurement proceedings, administrative proceedings, and court disputes. We assist them in defending against unlawful decisions or facing unjustified claims.

Additionally, we handle other tasks commonly encountered by most entrepreneurs: bids and tenders, negotiation and conclusion of contracts, labor law issues, debt collection, corporate matters, subsidies, and real estate relationships.

The clientele of BP Advokáti consists mainly of small and medium-sized businesses, including advanced technology manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies, and software developers. We serve suppliers and contracting authorities in public procurement, subsidy recipients, and other entrepreneurs.

We also collaborate with several law firms in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, and provide their clients with expert services in commercial law with a special focus on intellectual property law, information technology, and public procurement.

We acknowledge our social responsibility and we try, wherever possible, to make legal protection available to clients who, for various reasons, are in disadvantaged positions. We consider pro bono counseling an integral part of a lawyer's profession.
